Motor-homes and Van Tuning

Torque performance tuning provides a re-mapping service (also known as chipping) for nearly all motor homes and vans which have an ecu (Engine Control Unit). These include Fiat JTD,Peugeot & Citroen HDi, VW T4 / T5, Mercedes Sprinter & Vito, Iveco & Ford Transit  and Connect TDCI's and the earlier TDdi.

Here at torque performance tuning we have the  customer re-map tailored for power & economy or for the best increase in SAFE power. If you are not sure which option you would like, just give is a call and we will be happy to run through the options in finer detail.

Results vary from vehicle to vehicle and driver to driver but typically power will increase between 25 - 30% and economy improvements of UP TO 15%. Y

Yes we do say up to 15% and this is not guaranteed due to differing road conditions and driving styles, but we do operate a 14 day money back scheme if not totally satisfied.

Please note all re maps come with a 12 month software warranty. The vast majority of re-maps are carried out without the need for opening of the ECU and should NOT be compared with the "Plug in " type units that claim to re map the vehicle but just fool a couple of signals going to / from the ECU.

We offer an individual service and can tailor the file modification to your requirements.

Please note every file is written individually. We DO NOT use stored files over and over again. Each file is written at the torque performance tuning head quarters
